Evidence Based Practice for Downrange Applications

The Tactical Development Group is comprised of experienced Operators from Special Forces, NAVSPECWAR, and Federal Law Enforcement. They teach core weapon handling and tactical skills honed during years spent deployed around the world. These skills are tailored to the specific needs of the student, whether the legally armed Citizen, LEO, or Soldier.

Our medical staff ranges from veteran Paramedics and Nurses to Emergency and Tactical Physicians. We combine high speed training with real world experience to provide our students with the most current standard of care available. We prepare medical staff to interface with Law Enforcement and Special Operations when working in a tactical, disaster, or austere environment and teach shooters the skills necessary to survive a critical incident In the field.

The BattleLab and SimLab training conducted by the Development Group takes place in a physiologically accurate high-threat environment. We will replicate the stressors of real world operations through the use of high fidelity trauma simulators, live fire marking cartridges, failure and recovery drills, force on force training, and threat discrimination exercises. This kind of stress inoculation is essential to eliminating the cognitive road blocks that create critical failures in the field.

By combining up to date Tactical and Medical theory with the operational experience of our instructors, Tactical Development Group provides an unparalleled learning experience for shooters at all levels. Our only goal is to create a battle-ready shooter capable of facing threats and returning home, whether from a deployment overseas of a shift on the street.
